The revised tariff with effect from 1st January 2022 for the Guest Rooms will be as follows:

Further following are the rules and regulations:

1. Booking Procedure: A guest room can be booked by a member/ non-member well in advance with advance payment. Confirmation of bookings is subject to availability. Arrival and departure time must be mentioned at the time of booking.
2. Members will be given preference for booking to non-members. Family of members can only avail tariff for members on submission of proof.
3. If booking is cancelled 48 hours ahead of the date of booking, refund will be made with a deduction of Rs. 50.00 for processing. Cancellation should be made either by sending email or sms.
4. No refund will be made either if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of date of booking or no intimation is made for cancellation.
5. Check out time is 12 Noon.
6. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness of the room.
7. No food is prepared in the premise; however, foods may be brought by the bearer on request and against payment.
8. Guests should fill-up the form on arrival and produce an identity Proof.
9. Any damage to the implements during stay of a guest has to be intimated by the Guest. In case the damage is found intentional, the guest has to pay a penalty. In such a situation, such guest will not be accommodated in future.
10. Main gate is closed at 10 pm. So, guests are requested to arrive before 10 pm.
11. A guest can stay a maximum of 7 consecutive nights in any of the guest rooms.
12. The door key has to be deposited whenever going out.
